ABOUT MELISSA

Creating stories that bring people together is what I want to accomplish. Whether it's connecting people around the world or people in a small community, I want to create stories that unite them.

From my experience, it truly makes a difference when you have someone to share your interests, to have someone get excited with you about the same story, and be able to talk about any aspect of it. When you are passionate about something, you pay attention to details and you want to learn more about it.

I hope to give and share that experience with others.

I'm a fan of many stories but there are only a few where I'm invested in the details behind those worlds. These stories sparked my own inspiration to explore that creative aspect. Without them, I wouldn't be who I am today.

I grew up in Ontario, Canada, and spent the last decade admiring the intricacies of stories before deciding to take the leap for myself and return to school to study the art of screenwriting. Now I'm eager to write my scripts, and collaborate with others on theirs. I hope one day you will see my stories unfold on your screen someday.
